We typically start with a bubbly reception in our Vintage Room, welcoming our guests with passed hors d’oeurves and conversation, then advance to the State Room for a formal fine dining experience with casual presentations by our guest vintner. Located in the Eola-Amity Hills wine region of the Willamette Valley, Cristom is recognized as one of the most popular wines in America’s top restaurants by Wine & Spirit Magazine. This was an extraordinary evening of conversation and wine with Grand Master Sommeliers, Fred Dame and Jay Fletcher. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with wines from The Somm Foundation’s Private Cellar accompanying a special five-course menu.
