Featuring live jazz every night of the week and complimentary valet parking, you can find us in the Hotel 43 in downtown Boise, Idaho.
We offer a unique atmosphere that is perfect for any occasion, whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner for two, a business lunch, or a special event. Our dining room is a comfortable mix of a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere.
We also have three private dining rooms perfect for special events and celebrations, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and business meetings. Our team will work with you to create a customized menu and plan the perfect event for your guests.
Chandlers is open seven nights a week for dinner starting at 5:00 pm. Our martini bar opens daily at 4:00 pm for cocktails and appetizers.
Downtown’s Locally Owned Steakhouse
With eleven cuts of beef on the menu, we have something for every steak lover! We feature a wide range of USDA prime cuts of Midwestern corn-fed beef from the Delmonico to ribeye, including an ancho chile-rubbed and mesquite-smoked option. We proudly serve local Snake River Farms USDA gold American wagyu, and we are the only restaurant in Boise where you will find authentic certified A5 Japanese wagyu. An all-natural grass-fed filet with a dry chimichurri rub rounds out our extensive steak selection.
Boise’s Freshest Seafood
We might be a steakhouse but our menu is full of options for Boise’s freshest seafood. We fly in fresh-caught fish and shellfish daily to ensure we serve the highest-quality Pacific seafood in the Treasure Valley. We have long standing relationships with purveyors in Alaska and Hawaii, and the seafood often arrives in Idaho just hours after being pulled from the sea. This is our jet-fresh program. We are also conscientious about seasonality and make sure to source responsibly.
