Oysters Rockefeller
True to the original recipe, these oysters are “Rich as Rockefeller”. Fresh oysters are baked on the half-shell with sautéed spinach, shallots, red bell peppers and of course, Pernod Liqueur, topped with a light citrus Hollandaise.
