We take such pleasure in eating oysters, we call them joysters! And at Chandlers, we not only have a great selection, but we’d also wager they are some of the freshest oysters in Boise!
Day Boat Scallops
We use some of the largest scallops available for our dish which includes Idaho® potato cakes, shiitake mushrooms, and tomatoes in a truffled citrus beurre blanc. Order as an entrée or add a single scallop to any dish.
